Carver Cottages are here!

I am writing today with great excitement, to tell you that we have gotten our cottage concepts plans completed and priced! I've had this idea of a need for this type of home at our local resort communities for years, but until the downturn in our economy, there hadn't seem to be much interest. These plans were designed in collaboration with Brad Wright of Wright Design, LLC. The idea behind these plans was to design an interesting, unique, and economical cottage for those folks wanting to be either at the lake or in mountains without spending a fortune on their home. The key word here is economical. Both economical to build and economical to own. The thought behind the design was to make this a comfortable size, for family and friends, without compromising the level of quality and unique details that The Carver Group is known for. I have pricing for these to be built on your lot or our associates can find just the right lot for you to have us build one of these designs on. Click on the Carver Cottage tab for the renderings at this time and call our office for specific details.

  1. I really am interested in both of your Carver Collages. We presently live in Wisconsin.
We have a lot @ Keowee Vinyards in the Cliffs.
The other house of yours I like is the Guest Collage for the Bear Wallow Springs Lake Toxaway.
We just returned from a long weekend with friends at a cottage next to the golf course. We would like to visit with you in your offices and see your work first hand.
    Sincerely,
    Nan & Jonathan Swain

  2. Nan -
Thanks for your interest in the cottage designs. I look forward to talking about these further as well as showing you some of my work. The Bear Wallow Springs cottage is one of my favorite small cottages that I have done but I have to warn you that the finishes, both interior and exterior, pushed the price point on that cottage.
Please contact me at my office to discuss further.
    Thanks so much.
    Craig
